If it's not what you do
But who you are
Smile and be happy
Shine like a star
Nothing to achieve
Just being you
So radiate happy feelings
And the world smiles back at you
Have you ever looked out of your window on a cloudy day and wished it was sunny... I have done that countless times…
Yet when you really think about it… those rain clouds are very helpful... without clouds it wouldn't rain… and you know how necessary rain is… it waters the gardens and the fields and the vegetables and flowers grow.... and makes puddles to splash in…
Do you remember the fun that you had... with wellies on…. when you were a child.... splashing in the puddles…
The puddles overflow into rivulets and then they join together to make streams and then rivers and those rivers eventually go… all the way… to the ocean.
Perhaps you remember the times at the beach watching the waves… jumping in the waves…and the tide going in and out… the vast ocean stretching to the horizon… and the sun shining above…
I love going to the beach and just sitting there... feeling the vastness of the ocean… and the sky… watching people having fun or just relaxing.... do you?
We're… unconscious… of how the sun evaporates the ocean… the water droplets becoming clouds and how the winds take the weather around the world …and depending where we are… we can experience sunny days or rainy days… yet above those clouds the sun is always shining.

Imagine for a moment one of your problems... perhaps about money, health, relationship etc
GATHER INFORMATION
Now think about that issue and how it makes you feel inside where in your body do you feel feelings when you think about it…
if you could describe it what color or shape or sound would it be?
what would you want to tell that feeling in you, if you could speak to it?
what would it want to say to you if it could speak?
if it was emotion could you name the emotion?
When was the first time you felt a similar feeling in that part of your body?
RATE
… the level of emotional distress/ discomfort (0-10)
If the feelings it brings up are overwhelming then tap on it with EFT Tapping to bring them down to about a 5 …Or BREATHE into your heart space for a few moments… let the feelings subside... knowing this event has passed.
TURNAROUND
What would the opposite of that emotion be? Here are a few examples… however decide which one resonates with you the best
Eg. Anger / Calm
Sad / Happy
Rejected / Accepted
Fear / Excited
When in your life have you felt this opposite emotion?
REVIVIFY… Remember that time or event or memory as clearly as possible…
...what you saw, what you heard,
...what you could feel or touch,
...what you could taste,
...what you could smell, your posture,
...your self-talk or what you heard others around you say,
Now imagine turning up all the positive sensations, as though you were in a control room and there was a lever for each of these. Turn them up to 10 out of 10 or as high as possible. If you Tap around the EFT points that helps too.
ANCHOR
Then choose a physical anchor… Perhaps your thumb and ring finger touching or something similar, that you wouldn't normally do. You can also anchor with a smell if you have a favourite essential oil, like Lavender or Rose ...or choose a word or a phrase ...or a colour or combination of colours ...or a sound or a song ...or a combination od any of these.
MAGIC POTION
Then imagine that every time you recalled your anchor it was like using a magic potion to help you whenever you feel down / unhappy / distressed / need a boost...
All you need to do is to breathe 3 gentle breaths into your heart… while doing your ANCHOR and / or imagining opening your MAGIC POTION and sprinkling it all around you or even drinking it… it will work how you have imagined it working… that is the power of the imagination...
IMAGINE IT WORKING… WANT IT TO HELP… WILL IT TO HELP… AND IT WILL HELP!!
Then think about your old problem/issue and feel what fas changed ...in your mind and body. Rate it out of 10. You will be surprised how it has transformed.
Practice this as often as you can... remembering your special event with all the good feelings and sensations. In your mind knowing these new resources are integrating and installing on every level.
We all have wonderful resources inside that can with any of our problems. We are only limited by our beliefs of what is possible. Let your imagination go wild. It is OK to ask and receive what you want. The more happy you are the more infectious that happiness is.

July 2023... If you don’t have what you want...
If you don’t have what you want in your life perhaps there is a hidden benefit…
If you don't have a home it can't be invaded
If you don't have a relationship you can't be rejected
If you don't have anything nice it can't be taken away
If you don't have… (fill in the spaces)… it can't hurt you in anyway
Your unconscious mind is always helping you... protecting you... your unconscious mind was programmed when you were very young and continues to look after you in the best way it can...
...you are not consciously breathing, running your heartbeat, your immune system, etc These are unconscious processes. Even walking, brushing your teeth and for many of us, most of the time, what we talk about is unconscious. However, like driving somewhere and then finding yourself much further on but not knowing exactly how you got there, your unconscious mind has been driving for you... because the training from driving for so many years takes over! This is actually a light trance state.
So can we interrupt our negative programs, our negative self-talk, our limiting beliefs or our addictions? These all started to help keep us safe... because our inner essence wants us to survive. However these programs were written in an underdeveloped state of mind... typically before we are around seven years old.
Somehow we learnt perhaps that we're not good enough or not lovable or not valuable (when we compare ourselves with others or 'told off' by a teacher or parent or criticized by siblings or friends). Whatever beliefs we made about ourselves or the world. we then carry these beliefs on and on and our environment reflects them back to us. Thus proving that we are 'right'. Our self-talk then deepens the channels of our neural pathways recreating unhelpful patterns and behaviors and eventually leading to disease.
Perhaps there are ways of interrupting and resetting these patterns in our minds. Our bodies are listening all the time to what we are telling ourselves... our words are vibrations.. (this is seen clearly in the work of Masaru Emoto was a Japanese businessman, author and pseudoscientist who claimed that human consciousness could affect the molecular structure of water. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masaru_Emoto
If we think something is broken inside us… we try to fix it... but we can't fix it with the same thinking that created it. With that in mind.. in all my years of searching... hoping to find solutions... I have found some amazing tools to help me. These tools are ways of reprogramming the unconscious parts of me that were traumatized and felt alone.
The more Unexpected, Dramatic, Isolating and having No strategy to deal with the experience... the more shock goes into parts of us and is stored there… just in case it ever happens again… this is how our unconscious prepares us… just in case it does.
FYI...The unconscious mind processes 40 million bits of information per second the conscious mind can only process 40 … or more probably even much less. So it's much more powerful to change on an unconsious level.

Parts work
These separately and more powerfully together all help to find the root cause or hidden reason (secondary gain/hidden benefit behind the issue).
I highly recommend you check these out... There are countless Youtubes on these... Or message me as I use a mixture of these in my sessions and for my own clearing.

June 2023...What is self-esteem?
How do you know if you have or you haven't self-esteem?
Are you a people pleaser?
Do you find it hard to say no?
Are you unclear what you really want?
You care too much about what others think of you?
Do you put others first and yourself last?
Perhaps you do things that others want to do to fit in?
You cringe inside just thinking about your putting yourself ‘out there’?
You have ‘Imposter Syndrome’?
Your life never seems to be the way you want it.. but you're not even sure what you want anyway
You have lots of ideas but give up before you put them out there worried what others will think
How does self-esteem develop anyway?
I believe to have rock solid self-esteem you need to be esteemed… like to have self-loved you need to be loved.
We internalize what our environment gives us… especially as infants… what others around us treat us like…
It is easy to Love Yourself if you have been loved unconditionally… it is like the cup overflows and seeps into the ground of your being as you absorb that love… it is the same with esteem.
What is esteem?
…. Or rather how do you experience being esteemed?
People around you listen to you
People have time for you
People don't leave you behind
People care what you feel like
People love you unconditionally
It doesn’t matter if you are up or down side or happy good or naughty you are accepted just the way you are you are forgiven.. you are part of a tribe ,part of a family, part of a group of friends, you are not abandoned, you are forgiven, you feel good in your ‘own skin’ !
What do you feel when you feel esteemed?
Do you feel like you matter?
Do you feel like you are good enough just the way you are?
WRITE DOWN how you feel when you feel esteemed….
TO REBUILD YOUR SELF- ESTEEM
Be vigilant and change negative self talk to positive self talk
Forgive yourself…As you were always doing the best you could with the inner resources you had developed
forgive others for not realizing just how amazing you are ( and they are also) - we have in our Society the indoctrination that a person can be ‘too big for their boots’ or if they ‘get any bigger headed they won't fit through the doorway’ etc
Be proud of your achievements… despite this very competitive world we live in do not compare yourself to others we all have gifts in such diverse ways
Listen to your thoughts… stop beating yourself up in your mind
Value yourself enough to eat healthy foods drink healthy drink exercise and spend time in nature
Do EFT Tappng … Positive Tapping
Get Hypnotherapy to transform subconscious beliefs
WRITE… eg.. IF you were bullied at school when you were younger write a letter to yourself telling her how she/he overcame this bullying and how amazing she/he is
Give yourself the things you wished for when you were young… From the people around you…
Spend time with yourself
Listen to yourself
Accept yourself
Love yourself
Forgive yourself
Know you matter
ESTEEM… E S TEAM…
Establish Support Team
Ask a few Friends to create a support network…
a buddy system to work together supporting each other to build everyone’s self esteem…
Authentically complimenting, encouraging, uplifting, focusing on positives words .. either in a facebook group or whatsapp group regularly posting what your dreams are / what you have achieved etc
Because you are WORTH IT!!!
Remember… Self esteem affects not only yourself but your relationships… your money… your health… your career…
Know deeply… There is nothing wrong with you… nothing to fix… only the thoughts of being broken…
It has taken me over 50 years to realize my self-esteem has been either shaky or at rock bottom. After severe traumatic bullying at school, for weeks, my foundations of self-esteem were crushed. Plus various compounding events after that… I am only now beginning to rediscover my self esteem and rewire my neural pathways to allow my self-esteem to rebuild and to therefore recreate my foundations.
They say a broken bone regrows stronger than it was originally where it broke I am looking forward to healing my broken self image as I released blocks to healing one block at a time..
Choosing to know deep inside… There is nothing wrong with me… nothing to fix …only the thoughts of being broken!!

Are you ILL or WELL? What is the difference between being ILL or WELL? I woke up the other day realising "I" or "WE" makes the difference. We are not separate from each other or from Source energy.... we are all connected
